Not a perfect brownie, but a delicious dessert with minimal ingredients! The mix was too dry following the recipe (I used coconut butter for the oil), so I added a TBS of water. It was still thick, but worked.

so good that I’ve already purchased again! the flavor is surprisingly chocolately. texture is dense but maybe not as dense as a true brownie. I like a lighter texture so I did add water on the second batch which is suggested to add for more cake-like texture. I am in middle of the AIP elimination phase and this is just such a welcome treat.

These were a really nice treat while I’m on the AIP diet. They tasted really good. The texture is a bit different and maybe “grainy” feeling. I don’t have issues with texture though and thought they tasted great. Will likely buy their other products.

These brownies got my husband and I through our AIP diet! We're no longer doing AIP but I wanted to come back and write a review because AIP is really hard, and these were truly a treat to have when it felt like you could eat almost nothing. They are a bit expensive but I think it's worth it. They are definitely a little drier than normal brownies and harder in consistency, but they are as close as you can get. My tip - add a spoonful of strawberry preserves on top to add some sweetness.

It has good chocolate flavor but was too chewy and hard to cut in pieces.
