This is the best Manuka Honey. The taste is excellent as well as the quality. The suck back nozzle is perfect so you do not get the top all sticky. I even give a little to my dog.

This is really a good honey with the squeeze bottle it is excellent, easy way to dispense Be careful and make sure your cover is all the way open. I have had it close easily and honey in the lid.

I have been able to wean of of Nexium using Manuka honey in my coffee in the morning. No acid reflux. Nexium is bad for your kidneys so I'm glad to be off of it.
