By no means am I an expert on malted milk powder. Needed it for a cake recipe I was making and it did help in the flavor profile. Like the resealable bag so I can keep it in the freezer for longer times. Fair amount for price and it did disappear in the whipped cream cheese frosting, leaving no grittiness. Curious to see what flavor it imparts in cookies and breads. Will get again when needed.

Seems sweeter than Carnation's. It would be nice if they could use a little less sugar... just a little less, and no stevia or other different (ew) sweeteners. After all, I'm sweet enough already! 🤭😆😂

Noticed small hole in package, so wasn't able to use the product as intended. I did taste the product, before defective package was noticed, and it tasted great. A little more costly than I would've liked, but this is a product not easy to replicate, so users pay for the convenience.
