I like the SF Bay Fog Chaser coffee because it's a mellow, yet nutty roast coffee that doesn't taste under or overdone in terms of roasting. The strength from when I made a pot of French press coffee from it was quite good, with a pleasant aroma and nice dark brown color.The bag i received was well-sealed and the coffee inside it definitely fresh.
