Very comprehensive first aid kit. It really is a great value. The case is made of tough, rip stop nylon. It has various ways to attach the bag, including a M.O.L.E. mounting system on the back. We have already used some of the large adhesive bandages, the saline solution and the scissors. I'm super impressed with the scissors. They are large and really good quality. Everything is in labeled pockets so that you can locate what you need quickly. We keep this on our yacht and it has already made the purchase worth it.

Very good quality Emergency Medical bag for rapid response of minor to semi-severe trauma situations. Perfect for scraps, cuts, abrasions, thermal injuries, severe cold (weather) recovery foil blanket and temporary tourniquet. Also includes tounge depressors for choke hazard recovery. I highly recommend this bag. It is very portable, able to be packed away in a backpack or carried as it is. It opens up into a 3 pocket system and all items are easily accessible under stress or speed.

This is the best First Aid kit I have seen at this size and price point, amazing value for what you get. Only kit I have seen that includes saline wash for eyes & wounds. Love that it includes thermometers and cooling pads for fevers. Scissors are real deal not small useless ones. Bag is good quality and has a durable zipper. Great organization and labeling. I was totally impressed with the lanyard that has: whistle, flashlight, compass, thermometer & magnifying glass. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Great bag, well organized, so far it has held up great to being in the back of the work truck, going on hikes and being used in all sorts of scenarios. you open it up and it just makes sense how everything is laid and and ready to be used. Fits under the seat or in a day bag. Kids love acting like its their own personal day bag so its east to take with you and fits anywhere. Extremely good value.
