Great long lasting flavor

I keep buying these. I tend to be the person who keeps putting food into his mouth when he's bored. Period I found that using these keeps me from consuming extra calories that I don't need. As a truck driver, I decided a long time ago that I didn't want to smoke or chew tobacco. And I had to cut way back on sugar and other foods so that I didn't gain a lot of weight. It's a struggle for me, but these help quite a bit. I'm a coffee drinker and these are right in my wheelhouse. There are multiple flavors, but this is my favorite. If I have one issue, it's that they're a little bit more expensive that I'd like them to be, but they are cheaper than the extra food I would buy, and cheaper than the extra doctors visits I would have if I became overweight. I don't have to spit anything out with these. You can just put them in your mouth and swallow as normal. The flavor is good and it's not upsetting to your stomach as long as you can handle coffee normally. I like them and I'm going to keep buying them.

I quit smoking using nicotine pouches , now I'm getting off those , I like the coffee , I just prefer them to be smaller , these are to big , they are dry , last a while but just to big .

These are so great instead of having a nicotine patch. I'll just pop one of these things in, and I'm good to go.
