Kinesiology Tape, K Sports Tape Muscle Tape for Knee Shoulder Ankle Elbow, 5cm X 5m

I have used tapes for last couple of years and found some good ones and bad ones. Decided to try his one and wasnt disspointed. It does what it is supposed to do. Sticks well, doesnt peel off after two days of wearing and doesnt make my skin flair up (i aplly some to my face too). Good value for three rolls that I could find on the net. Hope this helps

I use this tape to bind and it’s pretty good! Especially considering the price. The only downside is that it can start to peel a bit at the edges but it’s not all the time and it’s not very much. Gets the job done. I cut mine in blocks of 4 and it’s lasted me a few months so far.

Used daily for osteoarthritis in my wrist - I use a combination of three different strips to support my thumb and wrist. I’ve tried other brands including Tiger and this one sticks the best. Sometimes I have to “heat” the glue by holding the edge of the tape but most of the time it sticks with no issue. With other brands I’ve had to replace the strip straight after putting on or cut another bit to make the first bit stick down. Alternatively with other brands I would have to replace later on in the day. With this tape the rolls last a lot longer because it’s only one application per day. It also withstands getting wet - doing the dishes etc but I also swim in it a good 12 hours plus from when I first put it on. It has a fabric feel which has good stretch when it’s on enabling me to still have good movement in my hand. I’ve tried to be as honest as possible about how well it sticks because I’ve been through so many poor quality brands. Using it daily I need a tape that’s affordable and is going to last the distance! Pain wise it makes a massive difference! I was cynical about kinesiology tape before but am now converted!

I have bought various Kinesiology tapes in the past, and was drawn to this particular brand after reading the reviews. Since I have been using this tape I am very confused at the reviews I read. I have found this tape to be completely unfit for purpose. It does not stay on for as long as advertised, it comes straight off after a shower and greatly loses it's elasticity. By my own fault I left it too late to return the tape for a refund. I will not be buying this tape again.

It doesn't stick as well as other products if you don't activate (warm up) the glue properly. It does stretch a bit too much. But 4* as it's way enough for long term regular affordable use (maintenance/prevention) I wouldn't use it for emergency strapping.

I have a severe tendon problem in my right foot, which will probably benefit from surgery. However, personal circumstances mean that I can`t afford to be off my feet for 6-8 weeks recovery time, so, for now, I need to use supportive strapping. This product is very good, & though not easy to apply because of where it is, needed I manage to get it about right. I will persevere & order more since it`s not available on prescription despite being needed for an on-going medical issue.

If I could give it no stars I would. The sticky part wore off within seconds. Waste of money.

I had trigger thumb on both hands and it was virtually impossible to much of anything. I started using the kt tape on both thumbs and instantly felt relief... Now I use it for everything! I had knee surgery many years ago and occasionally my knee feels as if it going to go right out from under my leg when I walk. I will then use kt tape on my knew for a few days and then I won't have any problems for a month of so. I'm guessing if I were to use it for more than a few days I would have better success, however, I don't like anything on my that I don't have to have... so I opt to use the tape only when I feel I really need it. I tell everyone I meet to use it when in pain as I am a firm believer that it reduced pain without taking pills.
