Even though it’s in powder form, the taste is exactly like natto. When mixed into rice, it has that sticky, stringy texture just like real natto. The price is a little high, but if you can’t buy fresh natto where you live, it’s worth it. Plus, it’s a great probiotic.

This is an acquired taste and it's supposedly healthy.

Very convenient instead of buying a lot of nattos. Not cost effective but easy to use for anything like miso soup (still smells of natto so if you don’t like the smell, don’t buy this). I would buy them again.

I followed instructions I found online and used this to make perfect natto with organic soy beans first then with black beans. This seems to be a great product. A little goes a long way when making natto, aka stinky beans.

I've made Natto several times and it comes out great. I use about 2 teaspoons of powder with a little water for 2lbs of dry soy beans
