Great intro to the world of BA. You'll want more books but this taught me what I needed to know when i was thrown into a role i knew nothing about

I highly recommend this book to all BA professionals. I would read this prior to reading the BABOK as the concepts are laid out in plain English and will help BABOK make more sense.

It is a good source of knowledge for new BA. For more experienced analysts can work as reminder of best practices. So if you want to know how to be a BA or just refresh your basic knowledge (yep, only basics, no frameworks and think like this) it is a good book. I like it.

I got this book for my wife. She used it to help herself transition to a business analyst role. She use to just create reports. She's now making twice as much money as she use to. I don't what's in the book but it definitely helped my wife!

This book covers the subject matter in a clear and logical way. Easy to understand with examples that help clarify.

Facile à lire, et couvre bien les différents aspects de la fonction, sans entrer dans les détails ni aborder les vrais problèmes complexes rencontrés en entreprise. + peut se lire comme un index : sa conception permet d'aller sur le sujet voulu sans avoir à lire le reste. Pas de blabla d'enrobage comme on le voit dans certains ouvrages américains

Das Buch eignet sich sehr gut für die Einsteiger. Leider war die Lieferung ein wenig verspätet, aber dennoch bin ich damit sehr zufrieden!

Ho letto questo libro per avere una prima idea sulla Business Analysis e poi continuare per la certificazione ECBA di IIBA. Il libro introduce alla BA in maniera semplice e accurata. Leggendolo, si capisce che chi lo ha scritto è esperto dell'argomento. Spesso il lettore che nel passato ha già fatto sostanzialmente il BA ritrova situazioni e scopre conferme, miglioramenti e correzioni. Obbligatorio leggerlo e capirlo se si vuole essere un buon BA. Complimento agli autori. Perfetti. Uno dei migliori libri di formazione informatica, se non il migliore, che abbia mai letto.
