Screw does not fit kick shift. Wrong thread. Had to purchase additional screws/bolts

Great value
This is exactly what I and many other riders prefer: a simple rubber-covered shifter peg. No thrills. Use a locative blue or red when I stalling so the thing doesn’t eventually come off. But that’s true for every foot peg.

Nice shifter peg but wrong hardware supplied
I really like the style of the shift peg and seems of good build quality. However the mounting bolt supplied has metric threads. The original shifter peg on my 2007 Harley-Davidson Road King Classic uses a 5/16" x 24 fine thread bolt. It was difficult finding a 5/16" x 24 x 2-1/4" socket head cap screw to mount the replacement shifter peg, especially in single quantities. You may have to go to your local fastener supply store as Lowe's, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, etc. didn't carry such a specialty item in my area. I ended up using bolt depot online to order the hardware I needed.

WRONG THREAD SIZE, WORTHLESS!
I checked my original peg with a thread gauge before ordering this, mine is 5/16-18 which is how this is listed. Got this one & went to install it, no go. Checked it with thread gauge, it’s 5/16-24! Sending it back and finding a different one.

Fitment doesn't match product description
Description says 5/16x24 thread. Bolt I received is M8x1.25 which doesn't fit my Harley. The bolt also doesn't have a snug fit with the peg and is shorter than the original so I'm not confident I would use this peg anyway. Disappointed.
