This was a great option for me because I have been making my own mayonnaise. I noticed that I could not make it for less money than I was paying for store bought until I found this option. Now I'm able to make it for less than the organic mayo at Trader Joe's. I've had it for a while and it seems to be staying fresh without tasting rancid. Very good quality. No taste on food. No weird smells. I use for frying, sautéing and just as a light drizzle over food. Had to switch to this because vegetable oil started burning my eyes when I would fry food. This does not have that effect on me or my son. Very satisfied. Also has high burring point. 👍
