**Q: Are the arms removable?**
A: Yes they could be. You have to screwthem in when putting the chair together so if you don't want the arms then you could leave them off however there would be a small hole where the bolt was supposed to go

**Q: How many inches from the ground to the top of the seat?**
A: At the highest setting it is 21 1/4"; at the lowest it is 17 3/4".

**Q: Anyone else get the wrong color chair sent??**
A: They missed all 5 wheels.. will never shop from.this company again.

**Q: Is the lumbar support comfortable for someone who is high waisted?**
A: No, the lumbar support is not that great and it comes to my shoulder blades and I am 5’4

I bought this for my partner. They absolutely adored this chair. The back support was perfect for them. They said, the design for the back was built to where it helped them not slouch. It felt super durable after I finished putting it together the legs were heavy duty. My partner used this in our office space (just wood floors, no carpet) there was never even any noise from the wheels let alone the chair itself. The ease of use on this thing was also so nice it glided oh so effortlessly. I would say that it can fit two people (me and my partner) at once. So it holds its weight. Felt like the value for the money was worth it. Sadly we no longer have it. Not because the product itself gave out, but because when we were moving the white on it was destroyed [my fault].
