Can I use this everyday?

Skin Food Rice Mask contents no harmful effects on skin. If you are the person who like to do face masks daily, of course you can use this everyday specially if you have a very oily skin. For those who have dry skin, I recommend to use Skin Food Rice Mask once or twice a week only. Be sure to gently massage your skin with rice mask and combine it with lukewarm water. After mask, you should apply appropriate face moisturizer.

Ingredients: Water, cetyl ethylhexanoate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, cyclomethicone, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, propylene glycol, stearic acid, polysoberaate 80, hydrogenated jojoba oil, butylene glycol, oryza sativa (rice) bran water, glyceryl stearate, peg-100 stearate, dimethicone, sorbitan stearate, triethanolamine, carbomber (I don't know what this is to be honest, maybe a typo?), sucrose cocoate, sodium acrylates copolymer, tocopheryl acetate, disodium edta, methylparaben, imidazolidinyl urea, butylparaben, parfum.

What year was this manufactured? 2011,2012,2013, or 2014?

I'm not sure when the product first came out but my last batch was 2014 and the new one I just bought is 2015. I've been buying this for over a year now.
