ReaLime 100% Lime Juice, 8 Fluid Ounce Bottle

I always keep a bottle of this in the fridge. It's very convenient and makes a great marinade. I find that it is best tasting when it is fairly fresh, so I skip the huge bottles and buy the 8 ounce bottles. It makes an amazing frozen cherry limeade in the blender. I've also used this juice to can the cherry limeade concentrate when fresh cherries were in stock-that recipe is on several canning sites. It's not just like a fresh lime, but in my area the fresh limes aren't always that great themselves and they are often about $1 each. The secret to this product, to me, is using it when it's freshly opened and not letting it sit unused too long. Then it is FINE. I use it in salsa, pico de gallo- just SEVERAL Mexican recipes, and various marinades for all sorts of things, as well as to just squirt on food as it cooks sometimes. This is a great price- less than my local stores as of the time I am writing this - and it's nice it's been in stock here- I've recently had trouble finding Real Lemon on store shelves in my area.

Great for cocktails and cooking. Taste like real limes no difference in flavor. It’s also great value for the price. The product arrived as advertised did not leak and tasted fresh. I would definitely buy it again. The bottle size is 8 ounces and last me at least a month for use in cocktails.

This is super convenient to have on hand, especially when you don’t have fresh limes. The flavor is decent for cooking, marinades, and quick drinks, but it doesn’t taste quite as fresh or bright as squeezing a real lime. I like keeping it in the fridge for easy use, but I still prefer fresh limes when I can. Overall, a good backup option for convenience.

Enter this kind of lime juice, just keep cold, uncap and pour and it lasts awhile. Very convenient and it tastes good. It does contain chemicals like nitrates for freshness so there's your tradeoff - mother nature vs lime juice in a bottle. I got the smallest size to sample it. It has a top that prevents pouring too much at a time.
