I had to leave a review because I’ve been on an epic quest for a tent light that didn’t: Blind me like the sun in a personal vendetta Or look like a matchstick in a mine After reading the reviews, this little hero sounded perfect. People mentioned being surprised at the size, but let’s be honest, words don’t do justice. So, naturally, I present to you, the ever-reliable, globally recognised, scientifically approved, “Banana for scale”. This light is a magician. Bright, dim, flashing, and red mode. You can use it as a lantern or pull the sides out like some kind of futuristic transformer. I was lying in my sleeping bag, reading a book, and just casually aimed it at the page. Perfecto. I swear I heard the book sigh with relief. It comes with a hook, which is genius, and a tiny charging lead (standard C charger). Charges fast, lasts a few nights, and is small enough to carry without feeling like you’re hauling a space station. Yet somehow, it feels sturdy. Like a tiny, heroic, glowing gnome. Bonus points: would also make an excellent garden light or bedside lamp for children, or anyone who likes feeling like a wizard with a flashlight. Verdict: Five stars. I now worship this little glowing legend. If you’re hesitating, just remember: banana for scale.

This is a very good camping light (and would serve loads of other purposes). Particularly if size and weight aren't an issue - it's not overly bulky, but if you're counting every gram in your pack then it might not be for you. Not had for long so can't speak of it's longevity. But build quality and amount of light it puts out (with various settings), plus ability to hang, and a very clever design, makes this the best camping light I've had.

Fantastic small lantern , (pic attached is with the sides closed and in low power setting in our Hobbit hut) very dark outside but the settings and adaptability of this is excellent , all 4 sides folds down and this easily illuminates the hut that sleeps 4,, we hung it from the roof on the supplied clip and it was great, you can also switch to the end only illuminated which is great for looking for things in the dark, it has rechargeable battery too which is great and saves faffing on with batteries, for the price point , this is excellent, well built and feels good and sturdy , you wot be lighting huges areas up with this, but its done us a great job and the softer light from the Leds is what we prefer

Purchased this for my home, as it is being redone after a fire. No electrics as yet, so this lamp has been a life saver for seeing my way around the house, especially with the dark nights drawing in. You can hang it up, open it up as a light, use as a torch, makes it so much easier for when I pop to the house to check on everything. I charged the light up before I used it, although there was some charge in it when received. Looks good, easy to use, lightweight, gives off a brilliant light, with choices on how you want to use it. Brilliant bit of kit.

Really great lantern - well made, well designed, long lasting battery, compact yet fills the room with light. And a really good price. Highly recommend it!

Excellent. Great rechargable lamp, suitable for camping etc. I use it for reading in my summerhouse. The round bottom cell is bright enough but if you wish complete illumination then you can take the stalks down and really illuminate any environment. This product is also cheap and hugely functional. I have only charged it twice but the battery seems to last. Six hours of super bright illumination and it is still around sixty percent charged. I would highly recommend it. It is compact despite the luminosity. Given my recommendation and illuminating (see what I did there) review you will be wondering why I gave the product a four rather than a five star review. I have a little niggle with it, the hanging bracket is retangular and so if hung on a hook or or from a tentpole it will always hang at an angle and look squinty. Otherwise its perfect.

Quality item and not too heavy. Great value for money as had a number of light functions. Lasted a long time in terms of battery life. Two other campers bought after seeing it.

These are fantastic, we bought two for our Campervan and they have been great. Really bright or you can lower the setting. Once charged they last for a few evenings, saves draining the van battery. Highly recommended.

Sehr klein und handlich. Schön hell. Leicht über USB aufladbar. Viele Stunden Akkulaufzeit. Das Schöne der zahlreichen Lichtmodi. Ich kann "die Flügel" zusammen geklappt lassen, ich kann diese auch nach unten hin auseinanderklappen. Einfach toll.

Voor noodgevallen of overgaan richting 'solar energy' projectjes. Vandaag de 2e besteld en op dit moment met de pc aan en de monitor en nog een lamp die wel aardig is op deze amazon, is de verlichting voor mijn 50 jaar al aardig goed rond 0.00 uur. Denk zelf als je zo doorgaat ook meer camping gevoel krijgt, al is dat in nederland niet zo groot als in Amazon land. Wel zijn de kosten hier qua stroom een stuk duurder dan elders in de wereld. Dus wie dit lezen kan. Het product is te gebruiken in de avond en wie wil er nu gewoon max 400 lummen voor het slapen ipv de 240 volt lampen aan. Zo ook een sfeer dus.
