多くの方と同様に私は肩こりに悩んでおり、背中や腰などにも常に張りがあり、 適当なマッサージの小道具を探していたところ、本製品を見つけました。 それなりに重みがあり、表面は爪で傷をつけられる程度の硬質なゴムです。 全体的に結構硬めです。この硬さなので体重をかけてたりしても、つぶれるような ことはありません。 寝転がって、うまくポイントを探しながら首や肩、腰の下に置いてマッサージを しています。場所がポイントにハマると、なかなか心地よい刺激を得られます。 ただ、少々硬めなので硬めの床の上でやると刺激が強くて痛く感じるかもしれません。 私は布団の上で使っていますが、ちょうどいい刺激です。 ベッドや布団の上で使うとちょうどいいと思います。 なお、足の裏のマッサージにも使っています。 そんなに値段も高くないので、マッサージボールを探している方にはお勧めです。

硬いゴムのような感触で気持ちいい プラスチックの塊みたいな似た商品あるけどこっちが使いやすい

大きさ、重さなどちょうどよく、ラバー素材なので適度なグリップがききます。おかげで滑ってどこかに行ったりしません。硬さも硬すぎず柔らかすぎないばっちりな感じです。足裏や太もも、背中首までオールマイティーに使えます！

非常に気持ち良いです ただ気持ち良いからと言って背中に置いたまま寝ちゃうと起きた後痛いので注意です（当たり前ｗ

持ち運びもできるし、見た目も可愛い。 腰痛予防にお尻の辺りや腿の裏辺りを刺激をあたえるのに素晴らしい効果。 この大きさがいいのですね。

固さもちょうどよく、持ち運びも荷物にならずにいい感じです。

首コリがひどかったが、使いだしてから少し緩和したような気もします。

運転中、首や肩甲骨から骨盤まで、たまにお尻や腿の下、真ん中や左右と位置を変えてマッサージすると、超気持ちいいし、運転中、疲れにくくなった！

Recommend to get one of these by my Physiotherapist, as great for muscle tension. Works well.

I’ve had two neck fusions (one anterior and one posterior) and continue to live with almost constant neck, shoulder, arm, and hand pain. I get horrible headaches and get myofasicol inflammation to the right side of the back of my upper neck, lower part of my head. I got so tired of the pain pill hamster wheel so I chose to get off of it and get back into physical therapy. P/T has always been short term relief until this last time I went to a new place. They introduced me to this gadget I’m reviewing. For me personally it’s been amazing. I can lay on it for 20-30 minutes and it helps so much. It seems to hit a nerve & hurts good (and makes my arm numb/tingling) at the moment but then takes most of my pain away for 2-3 days. For me, that is priceless. I do want to mention it wouldn’t make the typical person numb and tingling. I have severe forminal stenosis on a few levels in my cspine so that’s why. When I lay on something hard that hits a nerve it’s going to have that effect. I only mentioned it because the P/T can’t even get to that spot with massage. It’s incredible!!! This might be a little hard for some people but it’s perfection for me. Btw, I do want to mention the texture of the peanut massage ball can get a little tangled in my hair so I usually just leave it in the bag it comes with and problem is solved!

I told my wife that this was the single most important and valuable item I have ever purchased! Folks, all I can tell you is you will not regret purchasing this item! If you're like me, you will never have to go to the Chiropractor again! I had been going for almost 30 years! The immediate and lasting effect of this little Gem is simply amazing. After the first use, I slept soundly and for hours! It was so good, that I almost forgot I had problems sleeping because of my back. What's more, is we were going to yet, purchase another bed in the last 3 years, but not anymore! The bed is fine! Good quality and affordable! I get really tight through my whole backside of my body and I can use it to really get deep into the muscles of my back and legs. It hurts, but afterwards I feel a lot less tense :)

Great item for a good price. The peanut arrived quickly and has been great for assisting my shoulder rehabilitation.
