I travel frequently for work and often find myself in remote or rugged environments. I needed a phone that could keep up with my lifestyle, and the OUKITEL WP55 Pro does just that. The build quality feels solid and heavy-duty without being bulky. I’ve accidentally dropped it a couple of times, and it didn’t even scratch. It feels like it’s built to last years. The Android 15 OS runs smoothly, and with 48GB RAM, even demanding apps load quickly and run efficiently. I was blown away by how much storage space there is, 512GB internally and up to 2TB additional. It’s more than enough for photos, videos, maps, and work documents. The camera surprised me the most. I didn’t expect a rugged phone to take such sharp and detailed pictures, even at night. The night vision feature is great when I’m outdoors after dark. Battery life is incredible, I only charge every couple of days. For a SIM-free and unlocked phone, it works seamlessly with my UK and European SIM cards. Truly impressed.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Worst customer service that I have EVER encountered. I have been waiting now for over a MONTH to have a phone replaced or refunded and they simply do not respond to messages in anything like a reasonable time. The phone screen went blurry after less than 6 months so they asked me to send photos and then to send the phone in for inspection, at my own expense recorded delivery. They wanted me to send photos of the package with recorded delivery details also. They initially offered a replacement phone but a week or so later told me they could only offer me a refund. I have not heard from them since! Despite sending several emails I have had no messages at all for nearly a week now. I purchased the phone 02.07.2025. I first contacted Oukitel on 21.1.2026. It is today 23.02.2026 and I last received a message from Oukitel on 17.02.2026. So I am still waiting for a refund over a month later. Shambolic customer service and the phone itself failed after less than 6 months. Avoid the Oukitel brand at all costs is my advice to anyone!! No stars does not reflect low enough my experience with this company and it's products. Negative stars should be an option for the customer service and products offered by Oukitel. Amazon require 1 star to submit a review which is the only reason there is one star!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Don't buy it. It's a waste of money. I dropped mine accidentally from a small distance and completely broke at the back glass where is the camera. Now is completely useless as I can't use the camera. Update Contacted the customer service They were a bit slow to solve the problem, however very good. I return mine and they will use it for future test and research to make sure they will upgrade to better standards and I got a new one in exchange.

It has some decent functions, but lots of apps crash on this thing. Power charger broke, but it's not covered by Amazon after 31 days. I contacted the company with no response. Would not buy those this Outkitel again. Dropped out of pocket and the screen cracked so not that rugged

This phone firstly was a good price on offer. Thought I was buying a phone with 4K video capability but the last it's not it's 2K but on the whole, very good camera and a very good phone that's well worth the money if you think in about buying the WP 55 spending extra couple of pound and get the WP 55 Pro

Good mobile.great price.large and plenty of all you want and need. only downside is, it is weighty, due to large battery. Other than that very much the new kid on the block.
