Nice boards with nice options

I made my first Gnocchi board, but needed deeper groves. I finally gave into convenience and bought this set. They are a nice size, have deep groves and look good. They are a good upgrade over my old one.

The roller looks like a good tool, hence 3 stars. But no gift box to speak of, and what looks to be a recipe book in the pictures is no more than folded cardboard.

Compré estas palas para hacer gnocci. Al principio me costaba hacerlos porque la masa se me quedaba pegada a la madera, pero aprendí el truco de que antes de cada pasada debes enharinar bien todos los surcos (y las manos) y entonces tendrás los gnocci perfectos. ¡Y qué decir de ese diseño vintage!
