It’s an exceptional long-lasting numbing cream! I use this for a couple reasons: 1) Back/Sciatica pain 2) Numbing the skin for my injections I’m terribly fearful of needles, my entire life! I could faint easily, watching a needle go into skin; but I started a GLP-1 medication, and needed to inject! This cream makes it COMPLETELY PAINLESS!! I don’t even feel the prick! I can actually look while doing it, and not feel a thing!! This cream single-handedly took away my fear of needles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was all psychological! This cream eliminates pain, and helps with keeping it gone as long as possible! I can sleep and move freely! I also bought a jar for a pregnant coworker, who’s having some pain and complications… It’s Her first baby, and She’s older.. SHE LOVES IT!!!! She can sleep ant night, and she can also sit in her office chair all day now, without extreme discomfort!!! This is wonderful stuff. It's cool, smooth, easy to apply, soothing and works fast. Have been having external gynecological issues and this helps so much with the pain.

Works good. Strong enough to stop pain from 2 fractured vertebra and misaligned vertebra. Works for about 45 mins, which is great in collaboration w other painkillers. The only negative was that the lid was chipped in transit. I'm pretty sure the driver just threw it on my concrete porch.

I was desperate. My hemorrhoid pain was so bad I couldn’t sleep at night. I tried hydrocortisone creams and all kinds of hemorrhoid creams. Nothing was working. When I applied this product it brought blessed relief and I slept the entire night. It usually lasts around 4 to 6 hours for me. Really great quality, with no smell, & easy to apply. Works great on pain. This is not only for hemorrhoids but for other pain. I use it for cervical pain and it works great. Easy to apply, isn’t sticky, goes on smooth, and is a great value for the cost.

It does take some time to fully numb the area—about 15 minutes or a little longer in my experience—but once it kicks in, the relief is noticeable. The numbing effect lasts for over an hour, which was longer than I expected and very helpful. The container is a generous size for the price, making it a good value compared to smaller tubes from other brands. A little goes a long way, and I appreciate not having to repurchase frequently. I don’t really have any complaints with this product. As long as you allow enough time for it to take effect, it does what it’s supposed to do.
