I am a 40 years old female, and have had frequent headaches (20-25 headache days a month) and migraines for over 20 years. This product was recommended by a neurologist for migraines. It really works!! No side effects noted. You need to continue taking this for it to work. it is not to stop a migraine, rather to prevent them and decrease intensity and frequency. My migraines (which I was getting more than 4 days a week) are down to 2 a month. You've got nothing to lose; give this a try. According to the neurologist, this is proven to be as effective as some prescription medications for migraine prevention.

I have a love hate relationship with this product. It was recommended to me by my migraine specialist. It does help my brain be less foggy but I have been having some digestive issues with it (which I knew going into this therapy) Having celiac disease I am uneasy wondering what it is doing to my gut. I have been taking it for about a month and have not noted the digestive issues to lessen. This is probably a really good product for someone that have severe constipation, but would only recommend it if you medical advisor suggest it as it is very expensive.

A well known studied supplement for migraine prevention, and it seems to help. Less expensive though to buy magnesium and CoQ 10 which seem to be the ingredients that help me the most.

This is an absolutely amazing product. My wife had been suffering from migraines years after her chemotherapy. She didn't want to take prescription meds because they always made her feel different and in a daze. This product was recommended by her oncologist. Not only did it stop her migraines but she sleeps better as well. She hasn't taken an NSAID since she began using the product. The oncologist said that it really seems to help a lot of people who suffer from migraines after chemo so that's a good thing.

I switched to this product due to my other being out of stock and based on reviews it seemed solid but my monthly hormone headache hit me with a vengeance this month in a way it had not with the other product. None of my medication worked to reduce the pain, I could only wait it out and use ice to get through. If you get menstrual migraines like me, this is not the product for you.
