Can this popper handle craft fairs and festivals?

It’s not a large capacity so you’re going to have to run through many cycles. You need to make sure you’re in a well ventilated area. It may set off smoke alarms. It was suitable for our elementary school Bingo Nite of 200+ people. It was easy to disassemble and clean. Hope this helps.

Are the gears metal or plastic? Is the door to get the popcorn glass or plastic. If plastic, does it clean up Well?

The gears are metal. The older machines have plexi glass doors, and yes they clean up well. The newer machines have glass doors.

How easy is it to clean?

I seen a buddy clean theirs. It looks very easy they put some water in the kettle and ran it for a few moments to steam the inside and wipe it clean Also most parts are removable for deeper clean if necessary.
