I love these! Not sure why the current reviews are not better for this item. I’m wondering if maybe other people could be suffering from something medical or possibly previous years of substance use could be hindering them as they get older? Not judging - just wondering. Nevertheless, I use this in conjunction with the AB capsules. One capsule in the morning a gummy an hour later and another gummy around 1ish. They work for me. My work life keeps getting more hectic instead of less and I am one of the older ones in my group, but doing more than the younger generation. I notice sharper focus with the gummy for sure. I will more than likely stop using the capsules since I do not see much of a change with them. I will more than likely switch to a similar capsule from a trusted brand like Life Extensions Neuro Mag and see if that helps. Here is the thing. If you’re on the fence about trying AB don’t be. Grab a bag of the gummies and start with just 2 a day. I have people around me that can see a difference if I take the gummy in the afternoon or if I don’t. If you’re one of those people who feel like your brain has been depleted by 2pm because you start your day early and go hard, this is worth the investment to try rather than calorie added caffeine drinks. I still sleep soundly if I take a gummy before 2pm and I am an early to bed very early to rise woman. Taste is weird if you eat them right out of the bag. I usually pull 2 out in the morning and set aside. They are softer to the chew and have the natural citrus flavor rather than tasting a chemical bite if you pull them out and let them breathe. Try them. You might be surprised as much as I was.

Absolutely the most disgusting tasting and smelling product I've ever wasted money on. Amazon won't let me return them, I guess because I opened them to try it. I indicated they're defective but wouldn't let me return. Don't but unless you love the smell and taste of rotten fish!

Yikes, these taste bad. I mean I use to drink super greens and beet mixes my husband use to refer to as dirt due to flavor and texture. Those I never once flinched at. The apple cider vinegar, turmeric spiced combo I use to drink daily. Again, no big deal when no one in the house would touch it. But these, well good night I met my match. They taste really, very bad. BUT THEY WORK. So if you can get past the taste, you may notice a difference like I did. I took the entire pack. The texture is eww! Maybe it’s because I knew what was coming. They are greasy! Why are they greasy? The value is decent for the money as far as what it provides. The quality is… How do I put this? Did J Ro taste these? Quality control should taste these. They are super easy to use if again you master the taste and preDread you feel when you know what time it is. You start to question your commitment to focus or any benefit you derive from these. I literally had to think of a new way to take these daily so I could get through the whole pack. I had to put one sandwiched between my other daily gummies. Then chew it in the space between my cheek and outside edge of my teeth! Never on my tongue or near my tastebuds, ever.. Then repeat 2 more times. That is the only way I could get them done. They do smell awful too. Right when you open the bag it does smell like citrus ocean with a hint of rotten apricot. Nope, that’s exactly it! Not exaggerating. Smell it for yourself. It tastes just how it smells too. Not fun! They do work! I did notice some sharpness as well as clarity that I was looking for in business & other tasks. But man the taste has me taking a time out and searching for an alternative. 5 stars because they do work! I may just have fancy tastebuds. So I’m Not gonna knock it. Choose wisely and prepare.

These have replaced my mid day cup of coffee. They don’t taste great, but I eat the back door, so it wasn’t too hard to get by the taste.

The omega 3 is too strong. It’s like chewing on a cod liver oil pill. As soon as you open the package, you smell it. That being said, it does work. I’m more focused and productive at work. I prefer taking the capsules as there is no fishy smell and no taste. I also think they work better than the gummies. Avoid taking them on an empty stomach.

I definitely feel different. The taste for me isn't the greatest but I do like how it makes me feel.

NO! Who actually decided that this was ok to sell? This tastes like a seriously gross fish. Imagine bladderwrack, fish oil capsule that burst, or tasting how a dead fish smells, and you have to take 2!?Like I can't even get the fishy taste out of my mouth after downing 2 sodas and eating food. Very disappointed. It helps with cognitive function eventually, but I shouldn't have to dread taking it.

Smell and taste awful. No return available. Could only eat one gummy. Saved the rest for catfish bait - literally. This things are disgusting. NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION UPDATE: changed the review from 1 star to 2 stars because I reached out to Onnit directly and they processed a refund and were very quick and helpful to do so. Still tastes gross and would not buy though.
