**Q: I just bought some a few days ago from Amazon and it only gets cold, not warm sensation at all. Did I get a bad batch or did they change the formula?**
A: Can't actually say it gets warm, if I lay a cloth over the area it will feel a little warm.  Also put some on my elbow and later took a shower and went to bed.  When I covered my arm the area did feel warm.  Icy hot is a fairly good product.  Also like Blu emu.

**Q: I have a sharp pain in my thigh and calf, will this help?**
A: No.  This is not for sharp pains. It’s a topical analgesic. It’s for muscle soreness and cramps. If you are having sharp pains it could be a more serious issue that you should see your doctor about. A common issue that had sharp pains in an extremity like that can sometimes be originating from your back such as sciatica. This medicine would not help that. Again, you should probably see your doctor first.

**Q: Can you use this on feet?**
A: I have but there was no real heat felt.

**Q: How do get the roller applicator to start?  I roll and roll and no product comes out.**
A: Hold unit upside down and shake it a bit. It should now "wet" the area you rolled.  If not, the unit is empty or defective.

Love this, it works great. It’s very easy to use, lasts a good amount of time and helped with my pain in my back and leg. It takes a few minutes to dry depending on how much you put on. The more you put, the longer it takes. It does have a menthol scent but it’s not overpowering in my opinion. It’s typical for this type of product. I didn’t find it sticky.

heads up it says lavender scented but you can’t smell the lavender at all. not sticky but takes a long time to absorb into the skin but that proves it efficacy. very good pain strength lasts hours. good product size. non greasy. its icy hot people its cold then slowly warms up not burns as it relaxes muscles. cheaper than other similar brands works better. menthol is all you smell no lavender smell dissipates after time.
