There are no clumps, no gritty texture, just a smooth, creamy shake every single time, whether I'm using water or milk. It dissolves effortlessly. It is thicker, which helps me feel fuller and curb hunger.

Good flavor, not too chalky. I use this daily mixed with water. This brand was specifically recommended my my personal trainer.

It tastes like chocolate cake. A bit too sweet for my taste, but maybe some people will like it. I had to add extra cocoa powder to cut through some of other sweetness.

Went with Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, I think I bought his because it was a ChatGPT rec, and because of the Amazon reviews. It isn't anything special, neither the taste nor the macros are special. I won't be buying it again. Nothing wrong with it, it just isn't a top tier product.
