Review: This is the only product to raise my zinc levels! - I have tried all forms of zinc to raise my levels and they are always rock-bottom...until this product. I only take one in the am and one in the pm. I do take with food. Review: Really Wanted This To Work - I took as directed (4 capsules on empty stomach). Then i tried doubling the dose. (Directions say can take 4-12 capsules daily.) Nothing. Now I am on my daily limit of 12 capsules. Guess there's nothing comparable to eating the real thing. Pity cuz I really wanted to believe! Welcome others' experiences.

Started using this right before I got pregnant. It helped so much with my pregnancy and breast feeding. Like to take it every day
