Had an issue, customer service good
Beautiful watch, I love the design. The dial and hands are wonderful. However, mine stopped working after about two months, new battery did not solve the issue. I have no idea why it quit working, just suddenly stopped. I reached out to the company and they offered to send a replacement. The customer service was good and hopefully the next one will work properly. It arrived in good working condition If the replacement works long term, this review will change to 5 stars.
