The wood slices look very nice and have a good quality. Various thicknesses of bark, some pieces have fairly thick layers of bark, some others only a very thin layer. The slices have the stated size. One was broken and although I didn't hand in a formal complaint (I didn't actually need them all) the customer service was brilliant - quick, helpful and very generous. I drilled holes in some of the slices, which didn't cause any cracking or damage. I also varnished it with some danish oil, which deepened the colours and made the wood pattern much more visible. Good product with excellent (!) customer service experience, I can recommend this item and seller.
