Is this one package of 50?

What does it say in the description? Oh yeah, just easier to ask instead of actually reading a description.

Are these uv protective?

Even if they are UV protected your cards should avoid long periods in light ,these r well made protectors, semi rigid,I would purchase again, others are sketchy too flimsy, avoid china made if possible, these r PSA and Beckett approved, hopefully this helps

anyone know the difference between these and cardsaver 2 and 3s? or they all the same.

Card saver 2 fit regular 3x4 cards but are not oversized for easier insertion like card saver 1. Card saver 3 are for tall cards.

Do you have semi-rigid post card sleeves please?

The Card Saver 4 is a semi-rigid holder for 4x6 post cards. You can purchase those at this link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00C1GC16M
