I looked at all the one-star reviews and am somewhat puzzled. I only use Zep. Their grout cleaner is the only solution that removes the white film in my grout. I now use their Neutral pH Industrial Floor Cleaner to maintain my floors, and I have no residue or streaks. I'm old school and mop with a bucket and a string-type mop. My floors look great!

I own a large cleaning business and service various types of commercial building including machine shops, welding shops, breweries, etc... This is by far the most effective floor cleaner for those "nightmare" jobs!

The directions didn't favor liamate floor but I cleaned my floors anyway and the product worked great . Now time for some zep wet look Polish and WOW . If you like clean and shinny.

Depending on the level of cleaning (light, medium or really dirty) you only need 1-5 oz per GALLON of water. At under $10 for a gallon of ZEP, that means you can get between 12.8 and 64 GALLONS of floor cleaner, depending on the level of cleaning you need. 64oz of the well- known other brand gets you 64 OUNCES. Period. Even if you buy the concentrate, the ratio is 1 part concentrate to 2 parts water, so 1oz of the other brand's concentrate yields 3 OUNCES of cleaner, vs a minimum of 12.8 GALLONS of ZEP. My luxury vinyl planking looked GREAT. I have to say I noticed the difference immediately. I was going to compliment my cleaning person in doing such a great job on the floors, in fact, until I realized it was the first time she was using the ZEP instead of BONA. Now, the bad news. The main ingredient in ZEP is ethylbenzene which is known to cause cancer. The caution on the label is downright scary. But, the other brand has a list of ingredients that can cause cancer, too. You can find that list on EWG.org if you're interested. I don't think I'm allowed to mention the other brand. But, it's 4 letters & begins with B.
