Quantity Alert!
As of 11/12/2013, the listed price is for 1 each, not 12 each batteries as currently stated in the ad. I ordered what I though was 4 sets of 12 each batteries (48 total batteries) and received 4 each batteries. I contacted the vendor who was honest and helpful and said the quantity shown on Amazon was incorrect. They refunded my money and let me keep the 4 batteries for my trouble. I'm giving 3 stars because the quantity is still showing incorrectly after a week, when they fix it I'll raise the rating as the batteries themselves are fine.

You can certainly come up with something better than that!
The batteries were listed as 12 - 9 volt batteries. I received 1 (one). I contacted the merchant and was informed that a mistake was made in the "copy". The copy should have listed 1 (one) battery not 12.

Panasonic 9 Volt Batteries
These batteries work just as well as any others we have used. They are for our smoke detectors and it is nice to have enough on hand when they all start needing to be replaced.

It is in the alarm up on the wall. If it lasts less than a year I'll let you know.

'Pack of 12' turns out to be 'pack of one' so please forget this source for batterys
As the person doing the other review said, this source is not what it says. 'Buyer beware' here. You will only get one battery and you will not take the time or the effort to send it back.
