Works well
Had my doubts about it's bonding abilities but it works great! Aluminum, steel etc. Only negative is the caulking style gun required. Broke immediately so found a work around.

Works as good as 3M panel bond, you get twice as much!
Works as good as 3M panel bond, you get twice as much! Only pain is you need a 400ml cartridge gun.

I will buy this again
Rust repairs were needed to complete the safety inspection on my granddaughter's car. My go to body guy was really busy but offered an education. He showed me this product and explained that I will get twice as much product vs MMM, who has a great video on how to use panel bonders. This was my first time doing this type of repair and using a panel bonder. The product is easy to use, works great, and has a good open or working time. I recommend you cover everything. I used at least 10 pairs of gloves, possibly per side, and trashed a pair of work pants. After my mentor reviewed my work he recommended putting on multiple pairs of gloves before starting. The permitter masking tape and lacquer thinner helped with clean up right after installing. Dimpling the pop rivet holes with a larger bit to countersink the steel rivets, not aluminum when working with steel, was also recommended as part of his review, but the rivets could also be ground flush after the bonder cured. The smaller repair in the last picture allowed me to conceal the repair behind and below the weatherstrip. In the next to last picture on the drivers side you can see where we had to cover rust above the weatherstrip. Due to time constraints these repairs were only intended to be a functional repair, not a restoration, and inner rocker sections were added where needed. If the edges of surface bonded sheetmetal were beveled before installation I wonder if they could be properly blended into the surrounding metal with a thin coat of body filler? I think so.

Works great! Follow the instructions to the letter!
Works great, I used this Panel Bonder to fix the plastic-welded front running light mount on my Tesla Model 3 that had separated from the inside surface of the bumper. Took my time, cleaned the area that was to be bonded, dispensed and mixed it up, applied and clamped for a full 24hours. Holds perfectly!

The right tool for the job.
I used this to reattach a fiberglass panel that had broke loose on the side of my motorhome. It hardened to a permanent bond for fiberglass to aluminum brace. The 6 inch mixing tube made it super easy to get the product exactly where I needed it to be very happy with the solution. Definitely worth the money made the job so much easier.

Disappointing Hold: Buck Panel Bonding Adhesive Failed
Quality: I used the Buck Panel Bonding Adhesive on my truck's rocker panels, following all instructions carefully. I even took extra time to remove all paint from the bonding area and used metal screws every 5 inches for temporary holding, along with clamps on the corners. After letting it cure for a full three-day weekend, I was optimistic. However, when I removed the clamps and unscrewed just three of the temporary screws, the panel popped and came loose. For the price, I expected this adhesive to provide a strong, reliable bond. Now I'm left with a dilemma: either strip off the adhesive and start over with a different product, or permanently rely on screws to hold the panels in place. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I'm really bummed about the wasted time and money.
