These are great value, I love the Nutrition Geeks supplements. Ashwaganda has definitely helped me feel calmer and sleep better.

It’s a bit pricey, but it feels worth it because the tablets are easy to swallow and don’t cause any discomfort like other brands I’ve tried before. For the amount you get and how smooth it feels to take, it’s a solid option.

I was taking these from end of August to around a week ago. There is no denying that these do exactly what they are intended for i.e relaxation/reduction in anxiety and stress. For the first 4 weeks of me taking these it was pure bliss, no drowsy effects, just felt I could handle things with a much clearer head. However, I stopped taking them a week ago as I started to feel depressed! Almost numb emotionally, after careful consideration it appeared to be these that were doing this. After some research ashwanganda is not recommended to take for long term use, only in short term bursts ensuring gaps between taking it. Annoyingly before I realised that I was feeling quite flat and deflated I had ordered more, so least I have some spare if I ever want to dabble but otherwise I would say just be cautious!

Its early days yet but results are promising. I bought it for my friend who has always suffered from stress. She has reported feeling less stressed and more relaxed. I took it as well (to keep her company) and the main benefit for me has been a loss of weight due to a lot less binge eating. SMALL CAPSULES AND HELP ME FEEL MORE RELAXED

I've given these 4 stars rather than 5. They don't send me to sleep or keep me asleep - my sleep has been bad for years - however, when I get up I do feel rested and not exhausted and lethargic as I had been. I'm going to keep using these because even though I only sleep 2-3 hours a night, the quality is such that I feel ok when I wake up. Good value for money, no taste, easy to swallow and the quality of my sleep has hugely improved.
