Okay, this is by far the BEST thing I've ever laid my hands on. Very durable, we love fresh shredded cheese. We are a family of 6 and go through a lot of cheese. This makes it so easy, we also have made homemade potato chips. I throw it in the dishwasher for easy cleaning, works so good.

For perfect in my stand mixer! I had a hand shredder and this saved me a load of time making thanksgiving dinner. The cuts were consistent and the chopper had no clogging issues. I have only used for cheese to date but I am sure this will work for additional slicing needs. For me the value was worth buying for my large dinner

I love my KitchenAid mixer and this attachment. After purchasing this slicer I was able to give away most of my slicing tools. This is great for people with arthritis. Knives can be difficult. As with all KitchenAid product it is very well made. It is easy to attach to the mixer. Great value for the money and great for my diet because I now am able to make more salads. I also use it to slices up vegies to roast. Really works well and the speed makes it easy to get it done!

It is easy to use but the slicer blades make potatoes almost paper thin. It cleans up very easily with soapy water. Seems to be durable and is very quiet running. Have only tried the slicer blades so far so cannot comment on the other ones that come with it. Works as it should though.

This works amazing for my kitchen aid mixer. It just attaches right on there and it works great. I use it to shred blocks of cheese. I love mine.
