I’ve had this pet bed for 4 years and that was premium quality. Comfortable for dog, dense pillows, holding own’s shape with any problem, even after 4 years of using looks like completely new. Decided to bought the new one and this is a huge disappointment. The mattress is way more thinner, pillows are almost empty, cheap wrinkly fabric with a cheap shining, crooked stitches. That’s really like “expectation and reality”:( This is not about “new product needs time to get a good shape after a vacuum package”. This is about a quality which goes down really

Quality seems solid, zipper allows for removing outside and washing. Size and color are true to what I saw online. Not overly thick, but thick enough. Dogs already seem to enjoy it.

This amazing dog bed was just delivered. Now some might say this is a bit premature of a review, and I understand, however my baby boy Baxter, my 8 year old Chihuahua mix some how sprained his right, back leg or was bit after a LOT of money spent at the vet and ER this is their conclusion. Even tho my baby boy had not been outside I'm saying all of this to say he is not feeling well he was happy he had to be sedated he's on pain medication just a lot going on with him and this bed could not have arrived at a better time and compared to his other bed this is so supportive it is so soft but firm enough and even though he still a little sedated as you can see in the picture I know he's going to love this bed and I don't have to put so many blankets on it to give him comfort and I'm just very happy and I pray that it stays this way it is a wonderful bed so much so that I bought another one for my other dog

Old cat loves it. Which means I love it. He seems so comfortable. He always jumps up when I head to the door but now he seems so relaxed he's not always jumping up. Good size to fit 2 cats comfortable.

I never write reviews but had to for this as I sit here looking at my 3 older labs laying in these beds. Have gone through many beds and these are the most optimal thus far. Sturdy and designed well IMHO. I'm no dog bed expert, but I'd recommend. It does provide more positional options than most other beds. The thick walls, they use to either spoon into or lay their head laterally or chin over. The dip in the center does help my oldest with slight hip dysplasia (19yr old lab/mix named Bubba) He doesn't have to step so high to enter the bed. It seems to be much more ergonomic for them. Overall it's a good design and highly recommend.
