Review: Met my needs - Perfect for my needs! Had carpenter bees burrowing in my deck and needed them gone fast. Easy to apply - point and spray! Nice thick foam covers the holes. Killed the bees by morning. Only slight disappointment was it was a little messy and got on my hands. Washed them twice and no issues. Review: Easy to use and effective - Works great, especially with the spray tube for the holes. Carpenter bees were destroying the PT wood deck framing, sprayed in the holes and let it dry, then sealed the holes and monitor for new activity and repeat.

Spectracide Carpenter Bee And Ground-Nesting Yellowjacket Killer Foaming Aerosol
this works great on yellow jackets. living in the woods, we often have underground nests. there is an extension straw that easily fits in the sprayer making application easy. the nest fills with foam and kills the bugs

This stuff is less than worthless. I’ve sprayed it into many carpenter bee nests, and in two cases directly onto the carpenter bee as it landed and entered the nest. Kills on contact is a joke. The two bees entered their nests, did whatever it was they wanted to do and just flew away. There’s bound to be a good product for carpenter bees on the market somewhere, but this one isn’t it. I’d save my money if I were you. Update: It has now been four days since I started using this product. Not one carpenter bee has been affected. I’m still looking for an alternative, but, in the interim, I’ve taken to using a fly swat. The score to date is fly swat 8 vs. this spray 0.
