After buying a decent quality bush craft knife I realised how crap all my kitchen knives really were. After many google searches the Victorinox fibrox always keep popping up as all the knife you'll ever need. And I'm glad to confirm this is the case. Sharp and perfect for my use

This is the best kitchen knife I have ever used. It is exceptionally sharp and maintains sharpness for a long time. I highly recommend it.

Bought this to replace same model that served us well for about six years till the blade broke off due to rusting inside the handle (should that happen to stainless steel?). The new one was etremely sharp when it arrived, but noticeably lighter than the old one (don't know if this is a good or bad thing?) It's doing a very good job as a general kitchen knife, but since I'm no professional I can't tell you any more.

This knife was recommended by a chef and I absolutely love it. Very sturdy and sharp. Does the trick.

Es Victorinox, no decepciona. Hacía tiempo quería un buen cuchillo de cocina que no fuera muy caro pero que tampoco e costara muy poco porque ya estaba cansado de tirar dinero y mal cortar tomates. Hace dos meses que lo tengo y es perfecto.

Hervorragendes Messer, in der langen Version in der Küche unersetzlich. Habe mich lange mit billig und stumpfen Messer gequält und habe mehr geschärft als geschnitten. Dann länger recherchiert, und zu dem Messer gekommen. Für mich ein Paradigmenwechsel, und ich meine das genau so. Altes Brot? Auf die schmale Kante stellen, Messer rutscht durch, 5 mm schreiben gar kein Thema. Ohne Mühe. Kürbis schneiden? Lachhaft einfach, wo sich die Frau vorher fast die Hand gebrochen hat. Wird dieses Jahr als Weihnachtsgeschenk in Umlauf gebracht, zusammen mit einer Packung Pflaster. VORSICHT scharf

Bought this knife ***15*** years ago. Frequently used, it's still in tip top, perfect, shape. Don't know how it could have performed any better. The plastic handle is as new, the blade still unblemished and sharp. Top recommendation,
