Asian Gong Centerpiece

It was easy to set up, a good price, and added an Asian flair to our meal. Keeping it for future meals.

The Chinese New Year is on a different date than January 1st. And each year has a special animal, kind of like the Zodiac. This year, 2022 is the year of the Water Tiger & started on the same day as the opening of the Winter Olympics. It's a Big Celebration in China. People go home & gather with their Families! They cook A LOT of special dishes, especially ones with noodles 🍜. I grew up where there is a large Asian population & was SO happy 😊 that Amazon carries Chinese New Year Decorations! It's part of the Traditions I grew up with & I'm very happy Amazon had this beautiful, easy to assemble Centerpiece to adorn our table ❤️ PS: You don't cut or break your noodles because they represent Long Life. So there's a lot of Slurping going on around this table!

Very small and unimpressive on it's own. This is not a center piece on it's own. A center piece makes a loud "look at me!!!!!!" statement. This makes a "I'm barely here! Look at me"

Thought this item was big. So small but still cute

This gong decoration is very colorful and easy to set up, but it was quite a bit smaller than I was anticipating, however that's my own fault for not paying closer attention to the listed measurements. It was too small to use alone as a centerpiece for my Lunar New Year table so I used a pedestal cake stand with it and that works. I have included a photo of the gong next to a standard size can of beans so future customers can gauge a size reference.
