AWESOME foot roller, stop readying reviews and hit buy it now!
I have had this roller for about a month now. I was waiting to have a more thorough review.I am very happy with the roller! It was small but I knew that going in. Best part about it being small is how portable this roller is! You could easily take it to work with you or on a trip somewhere!I have found that I prefer to roll my foot to the right or left 1/2 of the roller. You can straddle it between both feet if you want to use the outer wheel to deep stretch your arches.I have also found that if you tilt the roller outward a bit (like 20-30 degrees) it feels really good! It will feel strange at first like the roller is going to roll away from your foot.I have a touch of Plantar Fasciitis and outer (4 and 5 bone) Metatarsal Pain. If you have Metatarsal pain just know you can NOT treat it exactly the same as Plantar Fasciitis. Avoid rolling it where the bone pain is or you will aggravate it and slow down the healing process!Combine the right show insole ( ORHILYA with Metatarsal Pad if my go to favorite after trying a number of different ones ) You should never double stack insoles as they will cancel out not enhance each other. You can in fact add a 2/3 gel insole in as long as it doesn't have arch support. That will give you more heel padding. There are foot wraps which are essentially socks that don't have toes. I use one on my right foot and it keeps my foot in a neutral position. In the morning the pain is minimal and easy to manage for those first few steps. If you dread the first few steps in the morning definitely worth checking out!Accidentally discovered a leg and stomach workout. Lean back in an office chair so you have to use your leg muscles to apply downward pressure onto the roller. Give it a little time and you will notice it, either a slight burn or a cramp.Pro:- Feels great on my feet- STRONG, put as much of your weight on it as you want to, it will easily support all of your weight!- The edge of the roller really digs into your arch if you want a deep massage.- Great for stretching toes, I push it against the wall and it provides a comfortable way to stretch my toes.Con:- The instructions are a little lack luster, but experiment for 10 minutes and you will find out the best rolling method for yourself!

Keep plantar fasciitis at bay, not for treating
It worked somewhat on my self-diagnosed plantar fasciitis however when I finally gave in and went to the podiatrist he told me not to use it, that it aggravates the problem more. The solution was to build up my arch supports and ultimately a cortisone shot. He did say once it’s fully healed the roller can be a tool to help keep the fascia flexible

My favorite roller now
YES!!!! Finally a roller that targets my plantar fasciitis… I’m 36 and I feel like a old man with that statement but god this little roller is ahhhmazing not to mention I will also use it for my hands it’s perfect for sore thumb joints and rolling that out too … I have so many recover devices and this is probably my favorite now!!!!!
