Heavy Duty Baseball Bat Alloy or Wooden Heavy Duty Training, Practice & Home Protection

Bought this basically as something to defend ourselves and our home with, should the need ever arise. A last resort option. I sincerely hope we never have to use it, but it's presence is reassuring. A strong, sturdy, heavy bat.

I can't believe the quality of this bat, it's worth every penny, but one thing I will say is that it exceedingly hefty, so if you're a petite girl/woman and you want one for protection this may not be the one for you... I'd go for an aluminium one which will be much lighter! I got the 25inch and it's just about manageable for me, I'm 5ft 5ins. I get a wonderful feeling of security now I have this by my bed... highly recommended and fast delivery too (though the postman gave me an odd look! Lol!)

I bought the smallest bat, as I wanted to get a better feel for the 25 inch length, my other bat and my Filipino swords are both 27 inches, and I have my eye on a cutlass that is 25 inches.This bat is slightly thicker than I like, but I'd imagine many people prefer this.There is a mild warp to the bat, but it is so hard to spot it isn't worth worrying over.For a tenner, I'd say this is a steal.

Ok for its intended use (which is not Baseball !), however I would return it under normal circumstances as the Bat is warped. There is a wood knot half way up the Bat from where the warping starts to occur.For Baseball playing its a no, but for everything else it will do the job !
