Great for cleaning teeth for elderly, invalids or Alzheimers patients who for whatever reason can't use a toothbrush. They're soft, but the ridges help clear debris better than no brush at all. Or after mouth surgery when it's impossible to use a rough toothbrush. Good product.

These oral swabs are great to use. They are not too firm and somewhat soft which is perfect to clean my husband’s mouth.

They're a little too big for ears, Q-tips are just right for that. This does work on nostrils though.
