Fits 1996 Jeep Cherokee
This reasonably-priced "pick up coil" ( aka "Camshaft Position Sensor") turned out to be a significant piece to the puzzle as to why my old '96 Jeep had been misfiring the past few months, even after having recently replaced the distributor cap, wires, spark plugs, fuel injectors, etc., etc. After replacing this coil ( a very easy install) the Jeep has been running good, with a steady idle with no misfiring. In my case, this part seems of good quality and works as it should; hopefully it will hold up.

Works great in my 1998 Cheroke with 4.0!!
No problems at all! Fixed my CEL for faulty cam position sensor. Starting is no longer an issue. Starts every time and without a hiccup!!! Would recommend at such a great price!!

WORKS FINE IN MY 1994 WRANGLER FOR ABOUT 1/3 OF LOCAL PARTS STORE
Installs beneath the distributor cap just like the original part. Local parts store wanted about $55 for it.

Jeeps are finicky
Didn't work for me on my jeep had to buy Mopar brand.

Fixed by 97' 4.0
Easy to install. Direct fit although not as snug. Finally cured my 8 month old mystery non-start issue
