Easy to use and good for travel

The cushion itself seems useful and I’m planning to use it for an upcoming trip, but unfortunately the item I received looks used. The storage bag arrived torn in one corner, and the cushion had visible scratches. Since I’m traveling soon, I don’t have time to return it now, but I will request an exchange afterward. Disappointing quality control for a new item. Had this arrived in proper condition, it would likely be a 5-star product.
