This product is impossible to set up from the app and the support was poor and not technically good

Having bought 1 previously which was great, my 2nd purchase had 1 camera that would not pair. Spent several days with Zosi help, Richard, but despite his best efforts it was to no avail. Just returned it and ordered another. Would have been a 5 star, but for the problem. Jon

One of the cameras doesn’t work . All it does is say. “The device is waiting to connect, reset successful”Tried everything and nothing is working

Great value pack containing 4 cameras, hub and all cables and connections you need. A great simple cctv system with the option to hard wire cameras or wirelessly connect to the hub. All power and fixes included. Hub is simple to navigate the menus and comes with a mouse to operate. Hub will need to be connected to aTV and broadband router for remote access via the free app on your phone for remote viewing. Comes with a small SD card which captures movement (not continuous recording) so it’s economical with storage and saves space. If you’re looking for 4 wireless waterproof camera CCTV system, this won’t disappoint.

Camera system is good not much on instructions within the box. You got to be quick to register with the web site as it times out quickly but overall not to bad just fitted the system so unable to say anything about reliability at present time will tell fingers crossed all will be still working in a years time

I've been tinkering with this ZOSI WI-FI 6 Wireless CCTV Camera System for a bit now, and here are my thoughts. Setting it all up was surprisingly straightforward. The cameras are plug-in, which makes positioning them around the property a good deal easier, and connecting them to the NVR via Wi-Fi 6 seemed to go without a hitch. The picture quality from the 3.0MP cameras is pretty decent; certainly clear enough to make out details. The 4K 8MP NVR seems to handle everything smoothly, and having a 64GB SD card included is a nice touch to get you started. The colour night vision is a definite plus – it's much better than the old black and white footage I'm used to, providing a clearer picture even when it's properly dark. The AI person detection seems to work reasonably well, cutting down on unnecessary alerts from pets or rustling leaves, which is a welcome feature. The siren alarm is certainly attention-grabbing, and the two-way audio is handy for speaking to anyone near a camera. This system appears to be a solid bit of kit for home security, offering a good range of features without being overly complicated to install or use.
