The best way to use is to saute' some onion and garlic for about 1 - 2 minutes; add 2 to 3 table spoons of the Thai Curry Paste, continue stirring with the onion and garlic for 1 minute and then add 1 can of Coconut Milk while you stir. Within another minute all should be combined. Add any desired vegetables. Addition of 1 or maybe 2 tablespoons of Thai Fish Sauce makes it perfect! **Q: once open, how long will it last, until it spoils?** A: I freeze mine. It has not changed the flavor. A little goes a long way. **Q: What is the heat of this compared to the yellow and red curry?** A: I think that the yellow is the most mild. The green has a much deeper flavor profile than the yellow and red though. **Q: The product description says 14 oz., but the picture shows the 2 lb. 3 oz. version. Which is it?
