Great product! It takes the guesswork out of determining a USB cable's capability.
I have a ton of USB cables laying around and it is impossible to determine exactly what they are capable of. By using this device, you simply plug a USB cable into it and it will tell you what it can do. No more guessing! This is very important because some cables are meant for charging purposes only, while others can do that and transfer data too. It is very simple to operate. You plug both ends of the cable to the unit. My only gripe is that you have to use a USB-A to USB-C adapter if you want to test a cable with USB-A to USB-A connectors. Besides telling you what the cable can do, it will tell you if the cable is operational and if it has an Emarker chip. An Emarker chip exists inside some USB cables and it tells your phone, laptop, and wall charger what the cable can safely do. All things told, if you have USB cables and you've no clue what they are capable of, this device will tell you and prevent possible damage to your electronics. I would recommend this device!

De mis mejores herramientas
Tenia muchisimos cables y ahora tire mas de la mitad porque al fin pude separar los que valian la pena de los que no servian para nada. Perfecto para conocer y auditar tus cables incluso validar que los nuevos sean como los anuncian o si es una mentira. Te va ahorrar molestias si la transferencia de datos es algo importante para ti y no saber que cable usar

Item is as described. Fast delivery. It is a bit expensive but display the necessary info about the cables. I wished the device can update future firmware when technology evolved. Thank you very much.

Very unique device! Extremely useful if you have a box of cables.
Very good tool to have if you have a lot of random cables in a box somewhere and you need to know what cables have what capabilities. I went through over 100 cables and found the ones that were usb 3.0+ or had advanced charging capabilities. Saved me a bunch of time and effort!
