Does this come with the shark?

Yes! It doesn't come out though, it's stuck inside. The truck itself is tiny - Matchbox size, but super awesome still.

what are the dimensions of the item

I'm not sure the exact dimensions, but the one we received was really tiny. Like the size of a hot wheels car. Totally not what I expected.
