Initially, it worked perfectly. I appreciated several features, including the obvious self-cleaning function. Additionally, there’s a patch that can be attached for odor control and has a pleasant lemon scent. I also liked that it heat sealed the bag after it fills up and comes with a mat. However, after a few uses, my cats’ poop started sticking to the plastic cover. And the machine does not dispose all of the clumps from one round it leaves almost half of the clumps remained in the letterbox, and this happened almost every time. Nowadays, is the worst. I had to change the bag once or twice a day, which became a hassle. Every time I changed a bag, the machine asks me there was no bag, preventing it from rolling and cleaning itself. I had to shut down the switch, turn it off, and then switch it back on for it to hopefully start working. Another issue is that I’m using small white trash bags, which can’t be sealed using the heat sealer embedded in the machine. As a result, the bag is essentially useless unless I have to go to the trouble of buying the branded letterbox plastic bags that they offer. This is a significant inconvenience, and it’s been a continuous problem for the past three months. I feel it’s a waste of money, and I’m now looking for an alternative.

it was good at 1st to 5days but on 6th days system got error and start not working properly.

I have bought 5 machine during last 2month as I have many cats This one of best machine for the cats . Very easy to use . Big size for multiple cats . Safe for my pets and has multiple sensors. No more smell with fantastic part for absorbing the smell but I don't know how to get replacement. The machine cover close once the garbage part is full. No noise actually everything is great but hope yo het the small filter part for smell
