The Arabic Alphabet: Write & Wipe Flashcards

These are by far the best flashcards I've ever seen. I ordered the Arabic Alpabet set and I am very impressed with the quality of the cards. They are double sided; on one side is the letter and on the other side is a picture of a word beginning with that letter. The picture are great and I like the fact the letters are written at the top and underneath the different ways of writing each letter is shown (as each letter in the arabic alphabet is written differently if it is at the beginning, middle or end of the word). My daughter has been struggling to learn the different letter formations but since receiving this set of flashcards she has been so engrossed in using them and is constantly practising writing over the dotted lines with the pens provided. I am sure these cards will help her immensely. Another brilliant feature of the set is it comes with a booklet containing pronunciation help for each letter and word. You find the page with your language and you can take each pronunciation sticker and stick it on the relevant card. This is a great help for a non-native speaker like me. I would recommend this set to anyone!

There are mistakes in this card the english pronunciation used for a word was ananaas when the english is pineapple..one needs a tutor or visual aid to use these cards and not knowing arabic and finding mistakes makes me doubt the validity of the words enclosed..the litle stickers are annoying they would have been better written on the card one can always cover seeing as they are as small as a childs thumb..quite frankly they are a waste of money..

I have never seen a better way to learn Arabic alphabet where I could also understand how to pronounce the letters/words. Great fun for the whole family. The pens are washable (even from clothes when your little one decides to draw Arabic letters on you) and the flashcards can be reused. I'm very happy with this product.

These cards are a valuable asset to our homeschool. We use them to help our children recognise the letters, read them, learn to write them and learn some new jocularly too. The best flash-cards we've ever owned!
