Melinda's Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce, 148 milliliters This is possibly my favorite hot sauce . It's got a big kick but not a huge enough kick to make food tasteless. I use it on almost every style of food. Love that it's hot yet flavorful and tangy. It's my everyday hot sauce. Even more than Tabasco. Imo you can't go wrong. Melinda's Mango Hot Sauce, 148 ml. IL also review the mango sauce here too .... Since Amazon doesn't consider this a different product as the ghost pepper sauce! The mango sauce isn't a "hot sauce". It has the 1 out of 5 "heat rating " on the bottle .. this isn't hot at ALL. It's merely a pleasant sweet sauce. I don't know that I would buy this again. But it does have a nice taste that when combined with a hotter sauce, like the milinda ghost pepper sauce, makes for a flavorful combo. But because I'm not a fan of this sauce alone, I give this 2 out of 5 Amazon star review .

The sauce is really hot, but not obnoxious in any way. What stands out the most is the taste, it fits almost any meal. Other sauces just taste like the pepper they are made of, but this one has so many tasty notes besides the ghost pepper. It’s also a lot of sauce for the money, the bottle is bigger than most ones I’ve bought

I FINALLY found the right sauce, after trying many. The taste is good but the heat is just right - its no joke. Not so hot it'll ruin you but hot enough to be careful lol. When I use Franks Hot Sauce (even their Xtra Hot), I have to soak my food and still don't get the desired heat. This stuff you only need several good drips. Good sized little so it'll last a while. Will be buying again!

Flavor is very good. On a heat scale it's probably around 4000 SHU, similar to eating a raw Jalapeno off the vine. The ingredient list is deceptive; its a general rule that a quality sauce will list peppers at the first ingredient, but the ingredients on this ghost pepper sauce lists pepper mash first that includes peppers and water, which hides the actual pepper to water ratio. That said for the price I paid (4.99CAD) its a good deal, but looking at the price today it has jumped up to 10.44CAD, making it no longer worth buying. This is flavorful, but it is a bit on the runny side.
