My senior cat, Cicely, has had 2 UTI's in the past 4 months. We have her on special food now and I have tried several supplements and treats to get some cranberry and other helpful herbs and vitamins in her. She turned them all down. She wouldn't eat the paw paste we tried. She did clean it off her leg and but I didn't want to force her to eat it after she kept washing and washing her leg the paste was on and it still smelled like the paste the next day. Tonight I got these bites out of the Amazon box that came this evening. She hopped out of her heated bed next to my desk and went straight for the Zesty Paws container. I got out a treat but she didn't eat it right away. She is 16 and doesn't like big treats so I broke it in half. It broke cleanly and didn't crumble at all. I could have broke it in quarters but after I broke it in half she gobbled it up and asked for more. I had to tell her she has to wait for the next one. I am thrilled that we found these. She is going to get 2 a day to support her urinary health. We are hoping they will help her old lady bladder and prevent her getting a blockage of crystals which the vets say is a possibility since she is getting UTI infections more now.

Depends on if your cat likes bacon flavor or not. One of my eats it but my picky eater won’t.

Both of my cats love these an d they eat them like treats. I provide 1/2 a heart shape to each cat once a day. I actually don't know if they are working or if my cats are healthy without them. I started them as a low dose maintence item because my female cat was having bladder infection issues and was healed by antibiotics. I decided a low dose daily of natural acidity was not a bad idea. So they both seem to be healthy but not sure how much credit this product should receive. On a side note, I fed my female 3 or 4 diced into flakes dried cranberries and sprinkled it over her food. She accepted it with her kibble. The scent is very different than the purchased product that contains cranberries. Its scent is that of a pleasantly smoked piece of food. Due to the cost, I will not purchase again, but have purchased a similar chew-type product at a more reasonable price that my dog can also take. She is special needs with two separate gastrointestinal conditions that sometimes cause a complication of a bladder infection. She also will eat dried cranberries in her food that I give her occasionally to acidify her urine enough to keep any growing bacteria in her bladder at bay. So, a nice product but overpriced. This should be a 90-day supply for the cost.

These used consistently seem to prevent bladder infections. Mini poodle likes that they are small and soft and bacon flavor !
